Treating yourself with love will benefit the rest of humanity.

Really getting to know and love yourself is the key to contentment and inner contentment is the key to world peace.

It’s that simple.

Simple, but not easy. It’s challenging to start thinking about why you think about the stuff you think about. Challenging to stop-drop-and-roll, lie prostrate looking at the stars and just be. Challenging to stop drinking so much. To stop arguing with your mother. To really believe you can have the life you want.

And no, you don’t want the Birkin bag. You don’t want the flashy car. You want love. You want acceptance. We all do.

So start journaling, meditating, exercising, seeing a therapist, loving the inner child. Dig deep into the barrel-o-fun we call a personality – whatever it takes…because world peace is up to each of us and we really need it.
