Are you superstitious?
I’m not embarrassed to admit it either.
Some things are practical. I won’t walk under a ladder mainly because something might fall on my head. Oh and don’t even get me started about people who put shoes on the table. It’s just yuck.
But then things take a more esoteric turn.
I won’t schedule a doctor’s appointment on a full moon and I listen to my favourite astrologer every Monday. I light candles for my loved ones daily and sage the house and put salt at the doorways if anything feels creepy.
Numbers and numerology are important to me. Numbers must ‘feel right’ but I don’t have a problem with 13 or 4.
I’m not religious but I love ancient stone circles and Gothic cathedrals. I love Bosch and Bach and Van Gogh and dark art and anything in minor key.
